Over the last few days I have been discussing this blog with my colleagues and in almost every case they want to create their own blog. And I am cheering them on to do so. However, there are words of caution I have given them. Blogging is a commitment!! This is something that takes thought, effort and dedication.
Under the Resource Section of this blog are some excellent posts from Chris Brogan and others on the strategy behind blogging and blogging itself. Blogs are a mainstay in our culture now.
On the Technorati site, I saw this quote:
Blogging is all about the sharing mindset and voice being expressed. In the future, it will look different and take many forms, but it will always feel the same.
Blogging isn’t defined by a technology or the way words are laid out on a page. Rather, it’s a mindset, and as such, will be around for a long, long time, evolving and improving.

As this experiment develops, I am expecting that others will see the value of blogs and then they will join the conversation! I believe we need to hear their voices and to listen to their unique stories. It is a wonderful journey and I thank you for listening to my voice.
